The Canadian Women's Medical Football Team (CWMFT) is a not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to advancing professionalism, leadership, and excellence among women physicians through the unifying power of sport.

We proudly promote the visibility and advancement of women in athletics while serving as trusted ambassadors of Canadian medicine. Through charitable initiatives, community engagement, and a commitment to lifelong learning, we share knowledge, support global health goals, and deliver high-quality continuing medical education in sport and medical practice.
